A dry sauna uses dry heat from a heater within the sauna and takes advantage of the heat conductivity of the wood construction. A steam sauna heats water to create pressurized steam that is released into the enclosed structure sauna room. The temperature in a dry sauna can range from 150°F to 195°F (65.6°C to 90.6°C) with the higher end being more of the average temperature If you’re doing more than one sauna session at a time, make sure to step out of the sauna and give your body a cool down period before getting back in. Vitality also offers Plunge Pools and a Waterfall Shower in our Pool Area to assist in your cool down period.
